Michelle Baldwin
With more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, I’ve been fortunate to turn my lifelong passion for exploring the world into a career I truly love. I’ve lived in both the UK and Germany, and my travels have taken me across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Africa — each destination offering something unforgettable.
Africa holds a special place in my heart; witnessing wildlife in its true habitat is an experience that never loses its magic. At the same time, Europe continues to captivate me with its rich history, culture, and endless variety.
My recent adventures have taken me to Hawaii, Turkey, Germany, and the Gold Coast, each adding new stories and fresh inspiration to share with travellers. Whether it’s helping someone plan their first big trip or crafting a unique itinerary for a seasoned explorer, I love guiding people toward experiences that stay with them long after they return home.
Jodi McLennan
With 24 years in the travel industry, working across both wholesale and retail, travel is definitely more than just a job for me — it’s something I genuinely love!
I’ve been lucky enough to explore some amazing corners of the world, from Australia, the Pacific Islands to South East Asia, South Korea, Malta and Qatar, as well as travelling through North America, Canada and Europe.
Some of my favourite travel experiences have been soaking up the energy and pace of New York City, ocean cruising the Mediterranean and travelling through the spectacular Canadian Rockies on the iconic Rocky Mountaineer. Next stops to tick off the bucket list are Sri Lanka & Cambodia. I love discovering new places, trying new experiences and, of course, coming home with plenty of travel stories! Outside of work, I enjoy a good mix of socialising, getting creative in the kitchen and getting out to enjoy the horse racing.

Jenny Galliven
I have almost 30 years of experience in the travel industry, and of course extensive real life experience as a traveller. I started my love of travel with a 3-year “OE” through Europe and Southeast Asia and Europe remains my personal favourite travel destination. Although a recent trip to South Africa has this amazing destination pushing for top spot! Other recent travel experiences include: European River Cruising, Dubai & Oman, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Japan and Tahiti. Having grown up in Melbourne and explored many parts of Australia I can also give you great inside knowledge closer to home as well.
Prachi Koli
Travel is my passion and come with 10 years of industry experience between various airlines and travel agencies. I love to create itineraries to help make my clients’ dreams into a reality. Lately, I have travelled extensively in New Zealand and am just in love with my own backyard. I have also travelled throughout India, Qatar, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
Janine Mallon
I love to travel and am particularly interested in food and wine travel. I have 20 years' retail travel experience and lots of real travel experience too! Some of the places I’ve enjoyed travelling to include Switzerland, Southern Africa, Tasmania, Hunter Valley, Tennessee, The Galapagos Islands, plus many more!
